RETURN/EXCHANGE:

At PackThisMeal, customer satisfaction is paramount. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date provided the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with your return.

Returns may only be accepted if authorized by our support team in advance. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item. In cases where PackThisMeal is at fault, we will provide a prepaid return label. Returns without an RMA or ineligible items may be denied or incur a restocking fee.

To ensure prompt processing, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. PackThisMeal is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
