PackThisMeal issues refunds for eligible returned items once they have been received, inspected, and approved by our team. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of return approval, excluding initial shipping fees. Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed, although the timeline for funds to reflect in your account depends on your financial institution’s policies.

If a return is denied due to ineligibility (e.g., signs of use or damage), customers will be informed of the decision and given the option to have the item returned to them at their own expense. Refunds may be subject to restocking fees when applicable, especially for bulk or business orders.
