Order Processing: PackThisMeal strives for prompt and efficient order processing. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Customers will receive an order confirmation email with a tracking number upon shipment. Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST may be processed the following business day.

Shipping Options: Standard ground shipping is available to most U.S. regions, with estimated delivery within 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout, and estimated delivery times vary based on location and shipping method.

Delivery Delays: Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as weather, holidays, or carrier disruptions. PackThisMeal is not liable for delays due to incomplete or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Packages: If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, please contact Customer Support within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We may ask for photos of damaged packages to assist with claims and ensure proper resolution.
